Spoiled Girl is the 12th studio album by the American singer-songwriter Carly Simon, released in 1985. Recorded with a variety of producers in New York, this was Simon's only album for Epic Records. It was commercially unsuccessful when originally released, peaking at No. 88 on the .
Torch is singer-songwriter Carly Simon's eleventh album, and tenth studio album, released in 1981. It was Simon's first album devoted to standards, namely torch songs, relating unrequited love or rejection. The album also features one Simon original, "From the Heart". The album was recorded during her marriage break up to James Taylor, which was announced shortly after the release of the album.
Carly Simon is the debut studio album by singer-songwriter Carly Simon, released in February 1971 by Elektra Records. The album was produced by Eddie Kramer, who had previously worked with Joe Cocker and Jimi Hendrix. The album included her first Top 10 hit, "That's the Way I've Always Heard It Should Be", a somber ballad centered on a woman pondering marriage with a sense of both inevitability and entrapment; the song was written by Simon and collaborator Jacob Brackman.

Leaving Warner Bros after the relative commercial failure of Hello Big Man, Carly Simon moved to the Epic label, which gave her the big-budget star treatment on the appropriately named Spoiled Girl. No less than eight producers labored over this, and they included such heavyweights as Don Was and Phil Ramone, although everyone from disco king Arthur Baker to the team of T-Bone Wolk and . Smith, late of the Hall & Oates band, got a shot. Simon's sales continued to slide, with the album topping out at number 88, and she and Epic parted company after only one release.
Studio album by Carly Simon. Spoiled Girl was released by Epic Records on vinyl, cassette tape, and compact disc in 1985. Both the cassette and CD versions included the bonus track "Black Honeymoon" (originally the B-side of the "Tired Of Being Blonde" single). A second CD release came in the late 1990s under the Sony Music Special Products label, which also included "Black Honeymoon".
